There is just too much to see and do on a visit to the south of France, but some highlights, all within one hour’s drive of the villa could include.
Mougins
The gastronomic capital of France. This medieval fort town has much more charm than nearby St Paul de Vence and boasts a multitude of fine restaurants and art galleries. It is five minutes from the villa.
Eze
A medieval fort town with stunning views of the coast. A great place to go for afternoon tea and to look out from one of the terraces to the sea below.
Cap Ferrat
Horticulturists will love les Jardins de Rothschild but everybody will enjoy the charming little harbour and waterside restaurants.
Antibes
A seaside fort town with a great Sunday morning market and a Picasso museum that is also worth visiting. There is an impressive sea-life centre with killer whales etc just outside Antibes.

Cannes
Its always worth a visit to bustling Cannes to visit the old town, walk La Croisette and dine al fresco, although the beaches at nearby La Napoulle and Theoule are more family-friendly.
Grasse
Grasse, in the hills to the north, is about 30 minutes from the villa and is well worth seeing for an appreciation of the history and art of perfume-making.
